PulseFrame AI ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use,
store, and share information when you use the PulseFrame AI iOS application ("App").
This policy applies to the iOS version of PulseFrame AI and its related in-app services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: user ID, login token, Apple sign-in data (such as Apple user identifier, and if provided by Apple, name/email).
- User content: photos you choose to upload, generation options, and generated video/image outputs.
- Payment information: Apple in-app purchase transaction identifiers, product identifiers, receipt/verification status, and order-related metadata. We do not store your bank card details.
- Device and usage information: app version, device model/OS, language, network type, event logs, and diagnostics used to operate and secure the service.
- Locally stored data on your device: generated history, saved/favorited items, cached files, and pending receipt verification records.
2. Face and Media Processing
To provide generation and face/video effects, your selected media may be uploaded to our server for processing.
Processing includes image/video analysis and synthesis required to produce requested results.
We process media only for feature delivery, service quality, anti-abuse/security checks, and troubleshooting.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide core features such as login, media generation, task progress, playback, and history.
- Maintain your account/session and synchronize relevant settings.
- Process and verify Apple in-app purchases and restore paid entitlements.
- Improve performance, fix crashes, prevent fraud/abuse, and secure the service.
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
4. Permissions We Request (iOS)
- Photo Library (Read): to let you choose photos for processing.
- Photo Library (Add): to save generated videos/images to your album.
You can manage permissions anytime in iOS Settings.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only when necessary with:
- Cloud and infrastructure providers who help us run the service.
- Payment ecosystem partners required for Apple purchase verification.
- Legal/regulatory authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
6. Data Retention
- We retain data for as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and comply with legal requirements.
- Some records (for example payment verification logs or security logs) may be retained for compliance and fraud prevention.
- Locally cached media/history on your device can be removed by app actions such as clear cache/delete account or app uninstall.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
No system is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our protections.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- You can review and manage in-app content and local records.
- You may request account/data deletion subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
- You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by law.
9. Children's Privacy
PulseFrame AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe a child provided personal data, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
10. International Processing
Depending on your region and our infrastructure, your information may be processed in countries other than your own.
We apply safeguards required by applicable laws.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected in the App and/or by updating the effective date above.
